    Back in the winter time,u had a similar post about working out and healthy eating,I told ya I was on a misson to lose around 25 kg.I have lost 20 so far,just thought I’d share this with anyone who needs inspiration and motivation.It can be done,its all in ur mind.Sending lots of love your way <3

    I restricted so much from my meals and went on a full healthy eating mode(mostly sallads,chicken and tuna ones or sea food-for dinner while breakfast would be eggs or a fruit salad) as for lunch I never really eat lunch since I tend to have my breakfast pretty late,and I avoided all kinds of carbs and sugars.If there is one piece of advice I could give u,is to start slowly by cutting out things.Dont just wake up one morning and decide to lose weight and cut off everything from day one,your body needs time to adjust to the changes so start slowly by first cutting out sugary drinks,then bread and pasta and so on…in order to not go on a binge eating mode.
    Excercise also 3-4 times a week and regular power walks.Tons of water too…and dicipline

      That’s exactly what I cut out too! Carbs and sugar feel like such no-no to me (I’ll have carbs about once a week.. Can’t say no to pasta for ever..haha). I love your tip! Such a good one for people who want to make a change in the way they eat but don’t know how to begin.

      Wow, I don’t personally know you but I must say that I get so inspired by people who decide to live a healthier lifestyle and actually manage to change it since I know it can be so hard! Props to you and keep up the good work! :* HUGS
