“Vad blir det för challenge den här gången? ??”
Someone was wondering what sort of challenge I’ll be doing, and here below it is! I drew up a schedule because it makes everything so much easier to remember since I’ve put together different challenges into one, and because it’s a lot of fun doing it this way :)). I also added some fun words here and there, and wrote down what I shouldn’t be eating in the corner.
My first day of this challenge will be tomorrow, so why don’t you join me in this?! These 30 coming days will pass anyways, so one might as well just do something good for the body, health, and mind. I’m very excited to see the difference after these days because I know it works just great! Change is sometimes a lot easier than we might think :)). Tomorrow’s the day, hey! Do this with me, because if there is ONE thing I can guarantee you, it is the fact that you won’t regret trying this. You’ll regret it more if you don’t. :)).
The video I will follow for arms, is THIS one (be creative if you don’t have dumbbells). With lunges, I mean jumping lunges because they’re more fun! Here below I’m showing you what they look like :)).
