I haven’t been this excited to share a recipe for you in a while. This mix is 1) so easy to make, 2) super healthy, and 3) soooooo good (I’ve had it with me for lunch three times in one week, including today). I use whole wheat wraps instead of sandwiches though, here’s the recipe:

  • 3 cups shredded chicken/3 koppar hackad och stekt kyckling
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed / 1 mogen avokado
  • 2-3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt / 2-3 matskedar grekisk yoghurt 
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice / 1 matsked limejuice (för er som kikar in min insta-story förstår nu varför AD käkade lime som om det vore ett äpple igår..haha. Hon ska alltid vara med på höften och titta på, samt smaka, när jag donar i köket)
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion / 1 matsked finhackad rödlök
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper/ 3/4  tesked svartpeppar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt / 1/4 tesked salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder / En halv matsked vitlökskrydda (jag lägger i lite extra ibland)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped/ en matsked koriander (jag körde med persilja sist, dock ingenting av detta igår)

You’ve got to try this out if you’re into eating healthy and like to feel full after a meal.

    I do the same thing but some days i use tuna fish instead of chicken!!
